To ensure dedicated time with our clinicians, a booking deposit of $150 is required for all new patient appointments. Your deposit will be credited toward your visit. As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations before or within 48hrs or failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your booking deposit.
Please note: Appointment cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked appointment time and date attract a $355 fee
