Sparklers with fresh, no-sugar-added organic juices are another wonderful way to feed your skin. This one, featuring cranberries and grapefruit is a healthy way to rehydrate and enjoy a generous serving of skin-friendly nourishment:
1 cup each fresh cranberry juice, fresh grapefruit juice, sparkling mineral water
Juice of 1/2 lime
Combine ingredients in 2 tall glasses, adding 1/2 cup of each juice, 1/2 cup sparkling mineral water, and a squeeze of lime to each glass. Stir, add ice, and serve with a slice of lime.
Cranberries and citrus fruits are rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C that will boost your immunity as cold and flu season rolls around. Drink up, and if you listen carefully, you’ll hear your skin say, “Thank you!”
